You can also contact support from the Deckhand® Pro app by following the steps below.

Note: This will require an email account to be set up on your iPad. You can follow the instructions to set up an email account here.

4.1 Tap User Preferences.

 

4.2 Tap Contact Deckhand Support.

4.3 Type your details and a brief description in the fields provided.

4.4 Tap Continue.

4.5 Provide any additional information in the email and tap the blue arrow button to submit your request.
